What is All-On-4?
• Are you too embarrassed to smile?
• Are you suffering from broken down, decaying teeth?
• Do you miss enjoying your favourite food?

Traditional dental implants often take months to complete, a fact that can put some people off this treatment. This is why All-on-4 can be particularly attractive as all the teeth in an arch are supported by four or in some cases more dental implants. Two implants are placed towards the front of the mouth while another two are placed on either side; these implants are angled to give additional support. This helps to maximise the use of the jawbone and often if conditions permit the final teeth can be fitted in just a few days.

Are Four Implants Enough to Support a Full Arch of Teeth?

What Is The Process For The All-On-4 Treatment?

Before Procedure

During the pre-consultation, Dr Khaled will perform a thorough examination to determine if this treatment is suitable for you. Then we will use 3D imaging and impressions to plan the exact position of the implants. We will create a personalised plan for your case, as we believe every individual is different. We will discuss the procedure in great detail and answer questions you may have about the procedure.

During Procedure
It normally takes 3 appointments to fit All-On-4 dental implants into a patient’s mouth. Each appointment usually takes around 1-2 hours.

1st Appointment: Any remaining teeth will be removed and the implants will be placed.
2nd Appointment: Your new set of teeth is set in a strong PMMA material, necessary adjustments will be made to make sure it fits well and comfortably in your mouth.
3rd Appointment: Your permanent new set of teeth will be inserted. Your new set of teeth will be fixed to the implants we placed in previously. After this, you are all done and ready to enjoy your smile back.

After Procedure
Dr Khaled will outline post-surgery details including medications and aftercare procedures specific for you. It is important to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and by having regular dental check-ups.

Will My Teeth and Gums Look Natural?

Lots of people ask this question and Dr Khaled takes a great deal of time ensuring the final outcome is highly aesthetic. Sometimes he may need to reshape the jawbone which helps create more space for your new teeth. From there he can design your new smile so it complements your facial features and will look great.
